Adriane Alfonso, owner and President of Esthetic Dental Designs, has been immersed in the dental laboratory industry since the age of 16. In 1999, he began his career at his Uncle’s lab in Kaimuki, where he trained as a traditional crown and bridge technician, mastering skills in the model room, wax bench, and metal grinding stations. His journey took him to labs in Las Vegas, NV, and Cerritos, CA, where he expanded his expertise before returning home to Honolulu to establish Esthetic Dental Designs in 2009.
Since its founding, Esthetic Dental Designs has been at the forefront of innovation, leading the Hawaiian Islands in modern digital dentistry. With a strong focus on efficiency and precision, the lab seamlessly integrates digital workflows, ensuring superior prosthetic solutions for dentists and their patients.
